8/5/2015 WOD: Grace For time: 30 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs Then: Bear Complex 1-1-1 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. This counts as one set: 1. Power Clean 2. Front Squat 3. Push-Press 4. Back Squat 5. Push-Press 5 lifts count as one set. Do not string movements together. Do not let go of the bar. If you do, you must restart the set.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING COURSE DETAILS CrossFit Wilmington and the Wilmington Weightlifting Club will start their next Olympic Weightlifting Course on Wednesday, August 5th. Classes will meet Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00am. This course is for individuals who want to drastically improve their lifting technique, add weight to their lifts, and make their CrossFit workouts more efficient. The course consists of 5 ½ weeks of dedicated lifting with classes twice per week. In-depth instruction/coaching on both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk will be given. Walt N. is the primary instructor. The cost will be $175. A sign-up sheet is in the lobby. Please pay Walt or Kimmy to reserve your spot. Join us in #MiddleBox August 5th – September 12th Two classes per week: 5:30 PM Wednesday 10:00 AM Saturday with programming for an additional three days per week.

As always, we will scale the WOD to suit fitness level and experience. - Saturday is our Balls4Balls Charity WOD at 9am! Join us at our second annual Balls4Balls fundraiser to raise money to fight cancer and bring awareness about testicular cancer. They are asking participants to make a (minimum) donation of $25 to participate in the WOD. $50 gets you a t-shirt. 1.
